Overview
William is a founding partner of the firm and heads the firm’s litigation and insolvency group. He is a generalist who undertakes a broad range of legal work including litigation and insolvency, general corporate work, distressed (or insolvent) investment funds and regulatory advice.​
Experience
William has substantial experience of international commercial litigation, contentious insolvency, shareholder disputes, fraud and asset tracing, and trust litigation. He has appeared or acted in many of the leading cases in the British Virgin Islands in recent years, and has more than 20 years’ experience of a variety of market sectors. Non-contentious experience includes complex corporate work (transactional, restructuring and general advisory), regulatory work and risk management. He has served as external counsel/liaison partner for a number of the firm’s clients.
