Overview
Sam’s practice covers a broad range of contentious matters comprising shareholder disputes, liquidations and insolvency, probate proceedings and general commercial litigation. He assists with global restructuring plans, cross-border legal actions and their enforcement, and is familiar with the multijurisdictional issues that arise with international business. His clients include multinational corporate groups, asset managers, UHNW individuals / family offices and insolvency practitioners.

Sam is based in Singapore and is a registered foreign lawyer. He joined Forbes Hare in 2010 from a bank, having previously trained and qualified with international law firm in its London and Madrid offices.
