Graham Scott

Graham is a director of Forbes Hare Trust Company Limited and is responsible for the fiduciary operations of the firm in the Cayman Islands. He is also admitted as an Attorney at Law in the Cayman Islands.

Graham originally qualified as a Scottish solicitor and has practised as private client lawyer at both full service and specialist firms in Edinburgh. Latterly, Graham was a partner with Morton Fraser LLP. Graham has over 25 years’ experience in private practice focussing on estate planning and trusts. He was recognised by the Law Society of Scotland as an accredited specialist in Trusts law and is able to advise on all aspects of the creation and operation of trusts, both onshore and offshore.
