
Overview
Gareth is a partner in Forbes Hare’s British Virgin Islands office. He specialises in all areas of commercial litigation, insolvency and investigations, including complex civil frauds, shareholder disputes, investigations of financial institutions and wider investigations including employee fraud, business and asset sales and corporate governance. He regularly obtains freezing orders, Norwich Pharmacal orders, and other interim remedies to assist with asset preservation and recovery.

Having previously spent 17 years at a large global law firm, where he was a partner in its London office, Gareth has extensive experience of working for a wide range of international clients on complex cross border matters.
