Alan Quigley

Alan is an associate in the firm’s litigation department and is based in the Cayman office. He advises clients on a broad range of complex commercial and insolvency / restructuring related litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Alan has experience and expertise across a wide range of financial services industry sectors including acting for investment funds and asset managers, financial institutions, banks, insurance companies and high net worth individuals. He has particular expertise in advising and assisting investment funds and asset managers, along with their service providers, in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Alan worked for a leading financial services law firm headquartered in Dublin and, during his time with that firm, he worked in London on secondment in the legal department of a large US asset manager.
