Alistair is a litigation partner with Forbes Hare. He has extensive experience advising international clients on large-scale, cross-border commercial and insolvency disputes.
Experience
Alistair has over 20 years’ experience and has worked for leading international law firms Allen & Overy, Slaughter and May, and Dentons.
Alistair’s practice covers commercial litigation, corporate and shareholder disputes, investment fund disputes, insolvency and international arbitration. Alistair has extensive experience of advocacy in both courts and arbitration tribunals, through his time at the Bar of England and Wales and also as a solicitor-advocate.
